Troubleshooting

1. Door Does Not Open:

• Check if the RFID tag is coded and within range.

• Ensure the battery power is sufficient.

2. Indicator Lights Flashing:

• Low battery warning. Replace with new alkaline batteries.

3. Access Control Malfunctions:

• Inspect the polarity of the magnet and adjust if necessary.

• Ensure the door panel moves freely without resistance.

4. Pet door is opening for pets without the RFID key tag.

This happens as the pet door is reading your pet's implanted microchip (not usually compatible) If your pet door is unlocking for pets without a key tag then you will need to individually register the key tags for the pets you wish to use the pet door. (Up to 4 key tags can be registered with the pet door and can be purchased online). To register key tags follow the steps below:

• Long press the button and the 4 lights will flash in sequence and you will hear 3 beeps.

• Hold the key tag you wish to register close to the pet door.

• The indicator light confirms successful coding. Push the flap open to confirm and go back to the normal operating mode.

To clear key tags:

• Press and hold the M button, then insert the battery. All saved codes will be cleared when the pet door will beep three times.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator is active.
