Unfortunately, courier delays are a part of e-commerce life. Whilst most orders make it on time there are always those that don't. This article will show you how to submit an enquiry with your courier, so they can investigate where your parcel is and when you can expect it.


First, check your dispatch email to see which courier has your parcel and copy your tracking number. Then follow the links below to submit your enquiry.


Aramex (Fastway)

Instructions:

Fill out the form with your details and Choose "Sunshine Coast" as your "Delivery Regional Franchise" Choosing this depot will send the enquiry to our dedicated support staff.


Sendle

Use this link to submit an enquiry to Sendle.


Instructions:

Input your tracking number and click "track my parcel", then click the help button in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can then select "Late parcel enquiry".


Australia Post

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Use this link to submit an enquiry to Australia Post.


Instructions:

Input your tracking number and click "track", Scroll down to "need help with delivery", select your issue and follow the prompts.
